Automatic liquid packing machine

Automatic packing machine with feeder for liquids is destined for milk, cream, buttermilk, non-fizzy drinks and juices. The product is packed into polyethylene bags formed from a tape. The control of the sealing of the bags is done in an electronic way by means of microprocessors of the company Omron. This enables one to adjust the appliance easily and choose smooth parameters for the machines operations. The machine is made of acid-proof materials. It is equipped with a pneumatic system of the company Festo. The liquid feeder is adapted to the change of batch in an easy and quick way, and the length of the bag is controlled by a photocell system of the firm Omron. The imprinting date stamp is heated which makes it possible to imprint the date clearly.

All these factors decide about very good performance of the machine and simple service.

Automatic machine for packing into ready cups

The automatic packing machine is intended for the packing of liquid and semi-thick products such as milk, cream, kefir, buttermilk, yoghurt and homogenised soft cheese into cups. In special types, at the customers request, the machine can be adapted to the packing of pte and luncheon meat into aluminium cups and lard.

Milk centrifuge LWG-47

Milk centrifuge of the type LWG-47 is produced on Swedish ALFA-LAVAL licence. It has the efficiency of 10 thousand litres/h and is intended for milk skimming. It is completely made of acid-proof steel. It can work in a continuous line with a pasteurizer. It is equipped with milk normalisation system which makes it possible to adjust the required fat content in milk and cream.

XPG-40

The automatic packing machine is intended for the packing of paste-like products such as butter, margarine, lard, yeast, ice cream and mince. The above mentioned products can be packed into parchment paper, aluminium foil and the latest environment-friendly foils. The packing machine can be equipped with a photocell controlling the even spread of the foil with the printed design over the packed product. The machine can also co-operate with an appliance receiving the cubes, so called cartoning machine. It can be produced in a version with a basket conveyor (worm) or direct connection (for margarine, ice cream) straight from the production line. The efficiency of the packing machine is up to 90 packets/min.
